API Under Development
The RemissionRoute developer API is not yet publicly available. We are actively designing the API specification alongside our institutional partners to ensure it meets the real-world needs of oncology teams and digital health developers. Early access will be offered to selected partners before general availability.

The following endpoints represent our current design thinking. All subject to change prior to release.
Who the API is designed for
We're building for teams at the intersection of clinical operations and technology.
Hospital IT Teams
Embed RemissionRoute patient engagement data into existing oncology dashboards and EMR environments without requiring clinical staff to adopt a new tool.
Digital Health Startups
License RemissionRoute's oncology-specific AI capabilities to augment your own health platform — without building the clinical knowledge base from scratch.
Clinical Researchers
Access de-identified, longitudinal patient-reported outcome datasets (with appropriate consent frameworks) to support observational oncology research.
Health Authorities
Regional and provincial health authorities deploying scalable remote patient monitoring across large cancer patient populations.
Get early access
We are accepting expressions of interest from development teams, health systems, and digital health companies who want to shape how the API is built.
