How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the platform, and — with explicit consent — to share anonymized, aggregated data for research. We do not sell personal data. We do not use health data for advertising.

Data residency

Patient data is designed to reside within Canadian data centre regions, consistent with BC PIPA, Ontario PHIPA, and PIPEDA requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
